JTV Go App Reviews

I havent had the app very long, but I would be nice if there was a wish list feature.

If I surf thru products and highlight a piece of jewelry for more information, the "return" arrow ceases to function. This, in turn, dampens my interest in shopping and purchasing.

I used this app all the time UNTIL... when using a credit card, after putting in the card number, there is supposed to be a pop-up where you then put in the three digits on the back of the card only now the pop-up DOES NOT open at all so you cannot complete your order--I complained by email and by phone--has been several months--nothings fixed .

This app is not worth the time to try to use. You will waste your time, and are likely to miss items. Recent Items displayed in the app are not always the most recent items, and I have not found a link to view all of the items in a show as you can on the website. I know that there must access to a Wish List, because when I save something to mine (while perusing their website on my iPhone) it prompts me to log into the app, but I have not been able to find my Wish List in this app to review! One earlier reviewer requested a suggestion box, I would like to see that as well as a place for questions or feedback. (Though I have noticed their website does not have this function either, so JTV must not want to know or care what their customers would like to know, or think.). I like JTV well enough, but this app, and their website, has tanked on me on more than one occasion, at the most inopportune time. Im considering removing the app, because I do not use it anyway and it is just a waste of space. When I want to access JTV online while Im away from my laptop, I will just continue to access them online from my iPhone from now on.

Cant zoom/enlarge images. Login takes you to full web page to sign in - no fun on an iPhone.

I dont know if its my phone or the app, but the page opens up to the size of an iPhone 4 screen when I have a 5s. Hoping this gets fixed soon! Otherwise, amazing app(:

After the most recent iPhone update this is the only app on my phone that wont open. Deleted, shut down phone and reinstalled...nothing!!! Not Good!!!

After I updated my I phone to iOS 8, app wont work. Please fix cause I really like this app, and I did use it a lot!

Just stopped opening up a week ago. The home screen with the tanzanite just sits there. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times and it still wont work. Using the website on my iPhone is difficult due to screen size. JTV please fix your app and make it more user friendly! Ive missed several shopping opportunities lately so Ive turned to other jewelers lately.

I have not been able to get on line for a few days. It used to happen only at night or at a hotel. Now nothing. I usually use my Mac to order, but I dont carry that around. What do I need to do? I have iPod 5th generation.

Please fix app. It will not open with the new iPhone iOS. So sad cuz Im trying to buy the ring thats on right now :O fix the app please!

App has been frozen for a week. I deleted and redownloaded it but still nothing.

I went into my JTV account today to find everything changed for the worst. All you can see is the current item online and you cannot search items any more. This was the main way I shopped on JTV. I am so disappointed that I cant believe how bad it is. This is not and improvement.

This new app is terrible. I want to be able to shop anything not just on air or future shows. How can I look at inventory??

I like the new app, the developers should be really proud of themselves.

One star is one too many. What are you doing JTV? I want to be able to shop and not see just item on air. I really like JTV but this is the worst shopping app. You will surely lose customers if they cant see items in your "store". Please go back to your old app or create something even better.

With JTVs update we can now see more than stagnant tanzanite. That being said, the programers need another update. Why do we need a live app when what we really want is a working app similar to the old one where we can look up items by searching. Try again, please, folks?

Cant shop any more? I would use this app to browse JTV since I dont get JTV any more I have over the air. Im really disappointed. Please fix and go back to a browse option. Im deleting app until then.

Dont really understand the "upgrade". What are you trying to accomplish? Cant shop or check my account anymore. Thats a sure way to lose money in sales ~ from everybody!! What happened to all of the functions?? Please FIX this!!

I opened JTV app and cant do anything except look at current item on air. Update made app 99% useless! Please fix!
