App doesnt work. Wont let me load into cart. Waste of mb on my devices.

Cant figure out how to add my account , cant add anything to favorites, or just to the cart it says buy right now thats it, so basically dont download unless you have money to spend every time you open the app because you cant even save items to a wish list or anything except to look at items or buy them

Im really annoyed with JTV at the moment because I cant place my orders on this app. Nor on my computer which is an Apple Mac computer. Its been a few weeks now and Ive chatting with customer service and sent emails. I know that I can call which is what Ive been told but thats not the point. For years Ive ordered online or via my iPhone and have so pleased. Now I dont even want to shop... JTV please fix this...

Im not sure why others cannot use the app, according to feedback. Ive had no issues. Easy to use, search, and buy.

I watch jtv all the time and when I first got this app when it first came out everything worked great but then recently the more recent items dont work, the program guide doesnt work, the live broadcast doesnt work, and the shop option doesnt work. please fix it! :(

If one has this app and is serious about their rocks and gems, and as often is the case your traveling and a big item such as a 4 CT ruby fancy cushion cut is available but quality of 1 ... 40 seconds will leave u with a pocket filled with change and a t pass...

1)This app is missing many things but one of the most important to me is.. When I am thinking of buying a piece of jewelry,I want to know the MM and Carat Weight of each stone, not only the total weight. JTV I need breakdown of individual stones please. 2)Video of items would be very helpful. 3)A suggestion box so we can request certain items. 4)Program notification, so that I dont miss a show. 5) More silver Moissanite pieces. Love your fire collection. Please bring more in.

What a great app.!! I love the gem fact feature. And then be able to one touch search inventory from it!! Great job!!

This App is pointless (except to watch TV); the website has way more accurate searches and is much easier to navigate on my iPhone and iPad. Their "mobile" website should be deleted as it consistently lies to me. They should just let buyers access their normal site as they are slowing down the ability to buy things and are losing money with the mobile default option.

I wish this app would allow me to view auction items as well as my purchases

Where are the auctions? I pad and iPhone would be a great media for these. So where are they?

Does not work the majority of the time; Love JtV and would buy more but unable to do so. Only get you on TV 2 hours per night. Please repair!

This jtv stuff is all a giant scam, they work with cash 4 gold to make huge amounts of profit! They dont own no mines. Cash 4 gold melts the gold and sends it to the Indians where they refine it and make it into your jewelry, which you get rid of and its just a big giant circle

I like jtv on tv & on the Internet. This app isnt working most of the time. I keep getting messages that the site is down & will be fixed soon, I cant see more current items, & it keeps asking me to log into the site! Please fix! I would love to be able to use it!

After the update recently the mobile apps started to have a lots of problem. It used to show more recent items, not anymore; now site kept crashing. Very limited features too. Pls fix it. Ty.

But the live feed is glitchy. It will randomly go back about 5 seconds and repeat the video. And then after a couple minutes, the screen goes black. Please fix the video feed! Thank you!

Latest update no longer shows all of the recent items on the air. Also has a whole lot more downtime messages. I bought consistently with the app before, now I cant because of the error messages - so I just dont purchase as much now.
